SOUTHWORTH GOLF MANAGEMENT SIGNS TWO NEW MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS
Southworth Golf Management has recently signed long-term management agreements with La Estancia Golf Resort (La Romana, Dominican Republic) and Maine National Country Club (Wells, Maine).
LA ESTANCIA GOLF RESORT
La Estancia Golf Resort, a new luxury 3 million square meter residential golf community in La Romana,
Dominican Republic
, has signed with Southworth Golf Management (SGM) to manage and operate the golf facility and golf villa rental properties.
La Estancia Golf Resort sits atop the beautiful hills and majestic gorge of the
Chavon
River
valley on the
Dominican Republic
's east coast.
Its residential community, designed around an 18-hole P.B. Dye Championship golf course, offers the ultimate in
Caribbean
luxury with a breath of traditional Spanish design and features single family villas and home sites, golf cottages, town homes, and condominium apartments.
The semi-private P.B. Dye-designed course features a remarkable layout that preserves the area's native beauty and lets the unique typography determine the course routing.

In addition to maintaining the golf course, SGM will manage the Golf Club, which includes a spectacular 1,300 square meter Clubhouse complete with restaurant, Golf Shop and changing facilities, as
well as all of the resort golf villa rental properties.

MAINE NATIONAL COUNTRY CLUB
Maine National Country Club (MNCC), a new 360-acre luxury golf and residential community and the first new private golf club built in the Wells/Kennebunkport area in more than 100
years, has also recently signed an agreement with SGM to manage and operate the Club facilities.

The new
Sales
Center
at
Meredith
Bay
celebrated its grand opening on Columbus Day Weekend.
Meredith Bay Lighthouse Realty invited the public to have an exclusive look at what's new at the first gated luxury residential and marina community on
Lake Winnipesaukee
to be developed in the past 10 years.
Many stopped by the property's new sales center and enjoyed a hearty feast and a cup of warm apple cider compliments of
